"Best Drummer" (Village Voice)
Philippine American percussionist and composer Susie Ibarra performs her folkloric-influenced music fused with traditional Korean drumming by the Korean Traditional Music and Dance Institute. Following the performance, the audience is invited to join in tasting & learning about Kimchi, Korea's centuries-old, traditional food. All ticket holders will be entered in a raffle for a chance to win a package of Kimchi, provided by Kum Gang San Restaurant in Flushing.
